Shipping Policy
Shipping and Handling Costs:
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping and handling costs are calculated based on your location and the total weight of your order.
All packages are shipped through trusted carriers, and you’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your area. While we can’t control postal delays or weather interruptions, we’ll do our best to help if anything unexpected comes up.
Pre-ordered Items:
We take great care in crafting high-quality products for our customers. As a small business, many of our items are offered through pre-orders. This helps us ensure that every adventurer gets their item without overproducing stock that might otherwise sit unused.
Pre-orders are processed in two-month waves:

Month 1: We record and prepare based on the total number of orders received.

Month 2: We begin production and shipping
Items not listed as pre-orders are ready to ship.
If your order includes both ready-to-ship and pre-ordered items, your order will be shipped once all items are ready, so everything arrives together. If you prefer to receive available items first, please email us at owners@lockandteallc.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely happy, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds can’t be issued after this period.
To start a return, please contact us at owners@lockandteallc.com with the following:

A copy of your invoice

A brief reason for the return
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label. After receiving your label, you’ll have 1 week to send the item(s) back before your refund eligibility expires.
