Our Mission
Lock and Tea LLC is a fantasy-themed retail shop offering creative, thoughtfully designed office supplies and tea accessories. Our goal is to create unique products that add a bit of joy and inspiration to everyday routines.
Our Commitment
We aim to make our products accessible and available to our customers whenever possible. We also welcome customer feedback and take it into consideration when developing future designs. All customers are treated with respect, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disability, language proficiency, or social and economic status.
Communication
At Lock and Tea LLC, we strive to communicate with care, patience, and consideration. We aim to provide information that is clear, accurate, and easy to understand. If you have questions about how our products work or how they are made, we will do our best to assist and clarify.
We will work with customers to resolve any issues or confusion once we are made aware of them. Our primary and only form of communication is email, as we do not currently have a business phone number. We aim to respond to all inquiries within three (3) business days. Messages are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Product Availability & Processing
Each product is created with care and attention to detail. As a small business with limited resources, our processing times may be longer than those of larger retailers. Our products are mostly made in-house with some exceptions, such as our notebooks and notepads.
Payment
All payments are processed through our selected payment gateway. Customers are responsible for all charges associated with their order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, at the time of purchase.
